Support Contracts
Our support contracts are typically monthly scheduled visits to your site for the purpose of proactive maintenance. They consist of scheduled visits to the site at a contracted hourly rate. The visits occur at the frequency specified by the client and on the time of day, day(s) of week, or day(s) of month set forth by the client. Some of the things that are done include checking system event logs, system performance, backup solution, anti-virus protection, anti-spyware protection and windows updates. There are other items that are checked depending on the type of server and services it is running. If problem(s) are found the necessary steps are taken to correct the problem(s). Regardless of the number of servers you may have, CKH has a maintenance plan that is right for you.
Prepaid Hours
